Chef Irak Roaro manages to bring the coasts of Mexico to the city by reinterpreting typical dishes from our country and using the best products from each region. After having traveled from Ensenada to Oaxaca, he established strong bonds with local producers and chefs, allowing him to share their ancestral recipes with the sole objective of making folks feel as if they are dining "with a view of the sea."
