Colmillo
Colmillo was created in 2016 in Nuevo León by Chef Gerardo Soto with the goal of fusing Monterrey street food with the tastes of Los Angeles and New York. In 2021, it arrived to Mexico City offering premium meat, extravagant seafood dishes, and exquisite tacos. There is also an excellent signature cocktail bar, wild fermented wines, and beers boasted to be the coldest in the country. Thanks to the ambience and extensive opening hours, it is perfect for business lunches, dinners, or late night drinks with friends.
