Cicatriz

While seasonal menus and organic ingredients are the norm today, Cicatriz is probably one of the first places to highlight them in Mexico City. The Lindeman brothers, originally from New York, opened this place 5 years ago to serve a menu with such characteristics. It is simple, but the dishes are perfectly well done with delicious options throughout the year, such as pork terrine with fried egg, honey custard pie or their onion soup. In the evenings, they have interesting cocktails, as well as beers and a careful selection of wines.
