Centro Castellano
Located in the Historic Center, the Centro Castellano is a Spanish restaurant with a medieval atmosphere whose decor is inspired by Castilian architecture. For more than 60 years, this space created by Ricardo Vega has managed to remain in style for the city's residents due its consistency and impeccable service. Iberian wine and cuisine show us "the art of good eating and drinking in the Spanish style."
