Bread Boss

This project began during the pandemic as a dark kitchen. Soon, its customers were so entranced with its freshly baked handmade bread that Bread Boss opened its first location in Condesa, offering all kinds of sandwiches made with local products, like smoked ham and Swiss cheese or smoked salmon and goat cheese. They also have interesting creations such as pizza fries (french fries with arrabbiata, mozzarella and pepperoni), mac and cheese, and, for dessert, french toast with Nutella or mascarpone.
