At Belfiore's sister restaurant, everything is made to order, from the wood-fired pizza to the pasta, bread, and risotto. The menu is a trove of traditional Italian food with about 150 wine labels for pairing. The stuffed focaccias, in particular prosciutto and olive tapenade, is worth a mention, though nothing here will disappoint, whether carpaccio, or pastas and risotto prepared with ingredients such as artichoke, lobster, porcini mushrooms, clams, parmesan and ragout.
