Bakéa
Bakéa has been offering their signature fusion of Basque and French cuisine for 25 years. Chef Vicente Etchegaray Jauregui transmits his love for his profession through each recipe, which gives place to a seasonal menu with dishes full of vitality and passion like octopus tentacle with saffron, roasted quail in port or duck breast, and desserts such as grand marnier soufflé or mamey crème brûlée. A cosmopolitan venture with a gourmet shop and a bistro café with a terrace to enjoy both breakfast and lunch.
