Azul Histórico
Located in the central courtyard of a historic building that in colonial times was the palace of the Counts of Miravalle, Azul Histórico is a classic and luxurious restaurant of traditional Mexican cuisine. The recipes are borne out of the extensive gastronomic research of Chef Ricardo Muñoz Zurita, who offers Mexican cuisine of the highest quality. Diners can relax in this romantic space adorned with hanging candles. Gastronomy festivals take place on occasion, where seasonal or regional dishes from all over the country are served.
