Arango
A large part of Mexico's richness lies in the joy of its people and its deep roots, which permeate every aspect of its culture. That is why chef Alejandro Cuatepotzo has coined the concept of "roots cuisine" for his restaurant. Arango's gastronomy is based on the chef's passion for Mexican dishes and, to prepare them, he uses the inspiration that comes from his travels with the places where he has collaborated. His cuisine’s main goal is to make diners fall in love with the traditional ingredients of our country and to offer them endearing sensations. Because of this, it should come as no surprise that Arango has been recognized as "Best Restaurant in Mexico City and Metropolitan Area" and "Best New Restaurant in Mexico".
