Alma de Dos
This pastry shop and bakery was born in Bergen, Norway, a city where its owners and chefs lived for two and a half years (hence the logo of the midnight sun setting on the mountain, a phenomenon that only occurs in northern countries). After touring some US cities and working in high-class places, they decided to return to entrepreneurship. They are collectors of experiences abroad and now they have come to share the legacy of other cultures here in Mexico. Working with the finest ingredients and continuing to study techniques in order to offer new designs is part and parcel of their ethos. Thanks to the Nordic, American and Mexican traditions, at Alma de Dos there is always a mark of quality with a twist of Mexican ingenuity.
