Nothing will feel better on a warm day than ending it with a lavender martini, a fresh citrus tequilita, or a raspberry liqueur spritz. Here are six simple and delicious spring cocktail recipes that will delight everyone this season.
Mimosa Mocktail

Ingredients
- 6 oz LaCroix Orange sparkling water
- 2 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
Preparation
Mix ingredients and serve in a champagne flute. Serve with orange garnish.

Lavender and Lemon Drop Martini

Ingredients
- 1 tsp culinary lavender buds (fresh or dried)
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
- 2 oz lemon vodka
- 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- A sprig of lavender for garnish
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the lavender and simple syrup. Add the vodka and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish your drink with a sprig of lavender.

Chambord Spritz

Ingredients
- 1 part Chambord liqueur
- 3 parts white wine
- 2 parts soda water
- Sprig of mint and black raspberries for garnish
Preparation
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add Chambord, white wine, and top with soda water. Garnish with black raspberries and mint.

Cilantro Paloma

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Tequila Don Julio reposado
- 1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.25 oz agave syrup
- 10 cilantro leaves
- Black lava salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain contents into a highball glass rimmed with black lava salt over fresh ice. Garnish with cilantro.

Peach Spring Bellini

Ingredients
- 1.25 oz peach Cîroc
- 0.25 oz champagne

Ingredients
- 0.75 oz grapefruit juice
- 5 oz agave syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz white tequila
- 0.75 oz Ancho Reyes liqueur
- 1 drop of citrus bitters
- splash of soda water
- dried hibiscus leaves
Preparation
In a shaker with ice, combine grapefruit juice, agave syrup, fresh lime juice, blanco tequila, Ancho Reyes liqueur, a few dried hibiscus leaves, and citrus bitters. Strain into a rocks glass over ice, top with soda water, and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
